A community event run by volunteers - proud to be part of Ashby de la Zouch
From 30th April to 2nd July, giant 8 foot by 4 foot artworks, created by local artists, can be seen on buildings all around the centre of Ashby. Our theme this year is: “Celebrating 100 Years of British Television".
Fantastic annual film night by
Pudding Bag Productions held at Ashby School on 8th May. Let us take you back to 17th Century England for three historical drama films and a short comedy.

The chance for creative people to make artist trading cards and swap with each other.
Join popular local artist Surenne Marshall for an entertaining and informative painting demonstration using oils to paint still life flowers on Saturday 10th May.
Painting live Surenne will talk you through her tools,
techniques and approach.

A musical evening with headliners The Lost Notes from Birmingham, supported by Three Rivers Gang.
Make a fun animation with a flip book by drawing
stages of actions and flip through to see it move! We
will make at least one flip book each. With Di Lorriman.
Mandy Ward is a writer and author who passes her
knowledge to others to encourage them to write their own life stories. Come along to understand how to start to write yours!
These vibrant performers will be roaming the streets, bringing bursts of colour wherever they go. Get ready to wave and snap a photo!
Join us in our “Pop Up Arts Centre” at Ivanhoe School for our Art and Craft Fair. Entry is free so you can peruse the stalls and perhaps even grab a coffee and cake in our Café.
